Policies

Fees, Refunds, and Cancellations

Payment of fees must be made prior to the start of each program using the registration link. Online payments only. No checks, purchase orders, or cash accepted.

If a participant requests a refund at least two weeks prior to the program, a refund of 75% of the program fee will be issued. Refund requests must be emailed to elysiaergle@pcandrllc.com. Refunds are not available if requested within two weeks of the program. Refunds are not available due to connectivity or technical issues on the part of the participant.

If Phoenix Counseling and Resources, LLC must cancel a program, a full refund will be issued to all registered participants.

Attendance
-
Phoenix Counseling and Resources, LLC reserves the right to deny or modify continuing education hours when a participant does not follow instructions related to attendance verification or there is conflicting information regarding a participant’s attendance. This includes, but is not limited to, not signing in as instructed; leaving before the program is concluded (virtually and in-person); or not participating as instructed by the presenter.

Certificates

Upon completion of the program and the program evaluation, eligible participants will receive a completion certificate.

Certificates for in-person programs will be given at conclusion of the program. Certificates for virtual programs will be emailed to the email address each participant used when registering for the event.

Phoenix Counseling and Resources, LLC is not responsible for participant errors, including incorrect email addresses or name and license information, provided during the registration process.

Replacement certificates will be generated upon written request and for an administrative fee of $20. Requests must be emailed to elysiaergle@pcandrllc.com. Processing may take up to one week.

Restrictions/Refusal of Services

Phoenix Counseling and Resources, LLC may deny or restrict access to any program at any time for participants or potential participants who violate the terms and conditions of our programming, violate the law, or endanger other participants or the presenter. Individuals removed from the program will not receive continuing education hours and will not be allowed to attend future programs offered by Phoenix Counseling and Resources, LLC.

All trainings and workshops are offered to enrich and educate mental health professionals. As with all learning experiences, there are inherent risks involved. Thoughts and beliefs may be challenged. Emotions may arise. Phoenix Counseling and Resources, LLC is not responsible for this. We provide information based on research and encourage participants to explore further after attending our workshops.​

At times, a presenter may invite Q&A, feedback, or reflections on the part of participants. While we strive to uplift all experiences, we do not tolerate hate speech. This will result in immediate action from the presenter and may include refusal of services.

All material presented is the intellectual property of the presenter and shall not be copied, manipulated, or used commercially by participants. If you have questions about this, please ask.
